there are a number of approaches
u could load a fast film ( 800asa or higher) and try to keep your shutter speed above at least 1/500s
or you could use flash to freeze the action
or you could use a slower shutter speed and pan with the movement, blurring the background and keeping the focal image sharp
i'd recommend trying all three and seeing how they come out
