I have a Minolta MAXXUMM 7000 SLR camera. I am attempting to photograph my children performing karate moves indoors. What film should I use? Flash or no flash? What shutter speed? I have already used 200 speed film with no flash indoors, and the photos are blurry at the point of movement. I was approx. 12 feet away. How can I avoid this?
