I've been trying to shoot night football games with my flash. I've been shooting @1/125 and the shots aren't sharp and they are dark. Can I shoot at 1/60 and freeze the action? Do I shoot with existing light? If so, what do you recommend I shoot (8008 speed) at so that I freeze action, but still get a shot that comes out. Also, what do you recommend for shooting in gyms. I'm using an 85mm 1.8 Nikon. I've been shooting with flash, but the photos look like heck. I also think the photofinisher is part of the problem.
