If you want to know in what year of the Tibetan calendar you were born, you will have to calculate a little bit. You have to subtract 1860 or 1920 or 1980 from your year of birth. One of the calculations will give you a number between 0 and 59. Search for that number in the table above and you will know in what Tibetan year you were born
