Besides Earth, you have probably heard more about Saturn then any other planet. Saturn has the largest rings of any other planet. We can't see as much detail in the clouds of Saturn as we can in Jupiter. This may be because there is a layer of haze over Saturn, like fog. About three times every 100 years, violent storms "rock" the calm surface and cause brilliant white "spots" on the planet. The sun doesn't have much effect on Saturn. Saturn is 840 million miles from the sun, so temperature is still effected, but not as much as on Earth (Saturn's temperature is about -274º F).
