Hey I remember something about that all black holes are subject to shrink exponentially throughout it's exsistance into eventually nothing. But then I watched the Discovery channel about how it's believed that massive black holes will continue to grow depending on the size of the matter around it. But I was under the impression that the size of the black hole is based on the material available from the beginning of it's creation. So I was thinking maybe two different senarios: 1)The size is based on matter available from the beginning and the galaxy can only support so much matter in it's orbit and the rest just drifts off or 2)the size is based on the speed at which the matter was originally spinning before the black holes formation.
