oh dear... right, light has an acquired rest mass, that is, it is travelling very fast... [hmm, simpler...] The basic bit of relativity says E=mcc. light has an enery, we know this, it warms things up (think sunlight) so it has an implied mass (even if it is all energy, a proportion of this is what we call mass) do you can use E/c=p where p is the momentum.
