1. Start off by smiling - not one of those timid smiles
you use for photographs, go the Full Monty and let all your teeth
have some light! Feel the horizontal stretch in your lips
(count to 5 holding this position).
2. Maintaining the First position, scrunch up your nose. Hold for a count of 10.
3. Still holding onto positions One and Two, close your eyes tightly and hold Positions One, Two and Three for 10 seconds.
4. Now, relax your whole face for a count of 5.
5. Open up your
mouth as wide as it can go - giving your lips and cheeks a
vertical stretch. See if you can touch your chin to your
neck! Hold for 10.
6. Bring your lips into a purse shape (like you do when you kiss yourself in the mirror!) - and tighten your mouth area. Hold for 10 counts.
7. Suck in
your cheeks tightly, like a fish, and move your lips up and down.
Do this for 10 seconds.
8. Relax your cheeks and mouth.
9. Lastly, stick out your tongue as far as it can go: first straight out, then down to your chin, and then up to your nose.
