Jason, Lori and Eli, I am impressed with all your hard work, effort, collaboration and dedication while creating "LOL to Good Health".

My nickname is "Mom" and that is exactly what I am. I have been Mom or Mrs. A. to many students while volunteering in the community and in my son's schools for over thirteen years. I have experienced the ThinkQuest journey for four years now and appreciate Advanced Network Services for allowing non-teachers to coach and for assisting students with their college financing.

I help at Mt. Carmel High School and am the Science Olympiad Head Coach. In the past I have been "Volunteer of the Year" in three different schools plus Volunteer of the Year for Poway Unified School District. I enjoy working with students and love to help by providing tools and resources for them to succeed. With this ThinkQuest project I was able to advise and challenge our team trying to help make this website a valuable educational and fun experience.

Hiking, photography, collecting beanie baby bears, painting and being with my family are my favorite pastimes.

Our lives have become so hectic and challenging I hope you can use this site to help you. So…. take time to learn about yourself, relax, laugh and have fun.
