Here is an example of video RAM.
VROM is, you guessed it, RAM for the video. So now your saying, "that’s
great so what’s that". VROM is RAM that is located on the video card and
is used only for video processing. That means the display you are looking
at right now has probably passed through the VRAM in some form. The VRAM
helps increase image quality and/or resolution of the video.
Note: VRAM is usually expensive as an
add-on after the initial purchase of your video card.
