ISDN
A more expensive route, but what will you do for a faster speed. The ISDN modem is connected through your phone line. ISDN or Integrated Services Digital Network is a worldwide digital communications network that emerged as the "need for speed" grew for net users. ISDN is a costly choice that requires a large amount of installation and monthly expense for only a fraction of improvement over analog modems. Note: ISDN modems are still drastically slower than cable modems, but about 2 or 3 times as fast as a analog modem.
