DSL
DSL or Digital Subscriber Line is a new phone line technology that
allows the user to connect to the Internet with a speed 4-50 times faster
than normal analog modems. The local Telephone Company generally offers
DSL service. One interesting feature of DSL modems is that they allow the
simultaneous use of the phone line for voice/fax calls and the service
itself.
