Strangely, even though more people will begin working out of the home, communication between workers, customers and suppliers will increase.  This will be enabled by the instantaneous video and audio that will be possible.  Customers will be able to easily send complaints and comments to companies.  The same will apply to suppliers.  This greater communication will improve products and allow greater customer support.
