Burdock

Burdock is a laxative, diuretic, and anti-rheumatic. Its seeds have antibacterial actions and can be used to reduce blood sugar. The plant can also be used to promote sweating.
Used internally, budock's uses are many. Roots and leaves can be used to treat rheumatic and skin disorders. The seeds can be used internally to treat rheumatic and chills. Externally, burdock poultices can be used to treat skin sores and inflammations, and burdock infused oil can be used to treat varicose ulcers.
