Problem: I am at the page and it is fully loaded, but I am not sure how to navigate it.

Solution: Our navigation is quite easy.  Simply choose a main category from the menu on the left and then click the desired subcategory once the menu has opened.  Most of the inner pages can then be navigated using the handy arrows on the right and left of the page title or by using the pull down menu to select the page you want to view.
Problem: I clicked on a section and there is nothing but a white page loaded.

Solution: This could be one of two things.   First, the page may not be fully loaded, so watch the status bar at the bottom of the page and make sure you are not jumping the gun.  Second, you could have somehow triggered a broken link.   Due to the complicated nature of Michigan: The Proud, The Beautiful, this will require you to reopen our page to fix it.  We apologize for any inconvenience and would like you to report any errors to us immediately at the address found below.
Problem: The shockwave movie is sitting there all loaded and done but the menus/borders are not loaded or appearing.

Solution: Once again there are two possibilities, the first is that the applets may not yet be loaded.   They are programmed to all launch at once and not one at a time, so be patient.   Also, at times with poor internet connections the applets do not load properly, simple close your browser and revisit our page.
Problem: I keep getting "illegal operations" at seemingly random points while viewing the page.

Solution: Our page is very complex in nature and it sometimes causes Netscape to crash for no apparent reason.  We are sorry for any inconvenience, but this problem happens to us all once in a while and it can be very hard to fix.
Problem: When moving the mouse over certain links on the page, seemingly random images switch to other images that don't look like they should be on that page.

Solution: Because our page is very complex in certain areas, we are not completely sure what causes this problem.  We fixed it on many pages, but others continue to do this at times.  Once again, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Problem: After some time viewing the page, the menu no longer moves and doesnt appear to be working.

Solution: At times due to the amount of things going on during a standard page viewing, proper applet running is not possible.  Sadly, the only fix for this is to restart the page.   This is a rare bug however and is not expected to cause many problems.
