lies beyond the year 2000? Science Fiction

When you think of how large the universe is, and then if you were to think that we are the absolute only life forms in the entire universe, you may be incorrect. Planets have been found elsewhere in this galaxy, and there must be many others in this galaxy, as seeing a planet from this planet that is outside of this solar system is difficult. We are not exactly sure how life first begins, however it is probably not unique to this planet, however it may be. Whether there would be as many alien races in this corner of our galaxy as we see on some science fiction shows is not known, however is improbable. Basically, there is probably life on other planets in this universe, if not this galaxy.
