Supporting Evidence for the Atlantic Island Theory
|
There are a lot of reasons that convince people of the Atlantic
as the former area of Atlantis location. Nearly all these reasons
base on biological research. For example some sea birds stop above
the Atlantic rotating a few minutes just as if they are looking
for a (former) existent land-mass. The result of soil samples
of the Atlantic is that fresh water algae exist there which do
not normally appear in a depth of 3700 metres. So scientists took
it that the bottom of the sea was once situated above the surface
of the sea. In addition, there is the mystery of the European eels, and land and climate evidence. |
