You said that when water enters the ears and gets stuck, it can cause the condition called swimmer's ear. I swim for my middle school team. Does a swimmer's cap help prevent swimmer's ear? Are there other ways to prevent it?

A swimmer's cap was actually made to tuck women's hair underneath it, but if it prevents water from entering the ear, it would probably prevent swimmer's ear effectively.

However, unless you have a lot of hair, Brad, it might be a better idea to get ear plugs for the water.
