This were the very first Olympics which have been held in Asia! It drew many visitors, and many, many records had been broken, and a record of spent money for the accommodations and the transport of the athletes.

By the openings ceremony were there a few remarkable things.

  1. The last torche-bearer was somebody, who came out the place Hiroshima. He was born at the day that the bombs felt on Hiroshima!
  2. The flagstaff where the Olympic Flag was in runned up, was 15.21 meter. The distance which Mikio Oda jumped by the triple jump, and so the very first gold medal won for his country.
