first off, the 133 MHz number is probably referring to the base clock speed of your Front Side Bus (the path between the CPU and RAM). check in your BIOS for a section titled something like "basic CMOS settings" or in your motherboard manual for "setting CPU speed". if you have the latest version of the BIOS, there will almost surely be a 1700+ option to select. finally, don't put too much stock in things that test your processing speed. a processor cannot evaluate its own speed very accurately. as long as the correct processor settings are selected in the BIOS, that's as good a performance as you'll get.
