MSI K7T266 Pro 2-a Detects half of my CPU & DDR

I have an MSI K7T266 Pro 2-a with Athlon 1800 cpu and 256 pc2100 mushkin DDR. The BIOS is loaded with setup defaults. The CPU is setup at 1150 mhz and DDR is loaded at 128 only. Does anybody know which settings in the BIOS changes these to their full power? or is it a jumper? or is their even a setting for ddr i didnt know there was one. please let me know im running my comp at half the power it should be running i feel like half a man.
