ATA and SATA

Is it possible to get a motherboard that can use both an ATA hard drive and a SATA hard drive. For example can my c: drive be SATA and my e: drive be an ATA or vice versa. I have a fairly new 40G WD ATA hard drive and would like to get a 120G WD SATA.
