Help!!! Message won't go away!!

My mother's computer has windows XP and here recently if you click on just about anything on the desktop, a message pops up that says "This module was compiled with a trial version of Delphi. The trial period has expired." and reboots the screen. We don't have a clue what this Delphi thing is cause we've never downloaded it and if you try to open any programs (like search or Windows Explorer)to find this Delphi thing and get rid of it, that message pops up again and it won't let you into the program. If any one can help it would be greatly appreciated! Thanx!
