: : try using google and search for the part number of the board - find it on sticker, bottom card slot, or maybe on the mother board itself... two other choices - plug another processor in and see if it is detected, if there are no jumpers involved the bios should just do it. or choice 2, motherboards are cheep these days - find a board or a combo at "www.pricewatch.com"
