my system crashed and a friend offered to help me get it back up and running. Both of us are novice. He suggested we replace windows 98 with a windows xp pro. I told him to do the deed. when my system returned it would only display 3 colors gray blue and green. I followed all the suggestion in the help files to no avail. please help. i was told it could be that i lost the driversfor thje video card????????????????
