this happens to me aswell mainly when closing down a gamebut also when my computer tries to do too much at once i turned off th auto restart and now it brings up a blue screen and tells me alot of jargon saying something about dumping intrernal memory or something so i was told that ti could be Win Xp sometime XP puts more thatn one piece of hardware on the same IRQ so i checked with my device managed and sure thing my tv card and one other thing were on the same IRQ as on board audio codec so i disabled my tv in card. just giving it a few test runs will post back later with the results.
