Ingredients:
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 5 Strawberries
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Yogurt
Pizza
Ingredients:
- 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla
- 1 Cup Mozarella Cheese
- 1 Tsp. Olive Oil
- 2 Thinly Sliced Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup Diced Green Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Diced Mushrooms
- 1/4 Cup Black Olives
Salsa
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup Red Onion
- 1 Tbsp. Jalapenos
- 1/4 Cup Silantro
- 1 Garlic Clove
- Juice from 1 Lime
- 3 Green Mexican Tomatoes
or 2 Roman Tomatoes
French Fries
