Yes, in my opinion it is. Pimples, especially the all prevalent whiteheads found during the course of puberty, are especially infectious, containing large quantities of bacteria, within the pus like substance contained within the pimple. When popped, the pus is released onto the surrounding skin, leaving it prone to further outbursts of spots. I don't think you'd want the situation to get any worse, would you? Furthermore, popping pimples can have devastating effects in later life. It can cause permanent scarring, and 20 years on I don't think you'd want to be reminded of the pimple outbursts you used to have when you were a kid, everytime u look in the mirror!
So I say DONT POP YOUR PIMPLES!
