"It does not take much strength to do things, but it requires great strength to decide on what to do."

-Elbert Hubbard

Becoming interested is the first step to being involved. You must see that these are human beings, and then you must become aware. By this awareness, you will gain an understanding of people's lives, and world occurrences.

What then? People must view these happenings, and sift them through their minds. By doing this, you must decide what you value more in certain situations. Choosing your values are the next important accomplishment, that will accompany and aid you throughout your involvement.

"The improvements of understanding something is for two ends: first, our own increase of knowledge; secondly, to enable us to deliver that knowledge to others."

-John Locke
