The most exotic of flowers orchids grow with abandon in Thailand's tropical forests. But beware: bringing home cut orchid flowers and live orchid plants grown in nurseries would not be a problem but bringing home wild orchid plants and flowers would be. Some orchid species are endangered or protected. Beware of exotic wildlife foods, which may be made from threatened animals.
