SITUATION IN SINGAPORE

There's a big number of crimes that are punished with death penalty, particulary binded to drug trafic: for those crimes death sentence is applied in compulsory way, without any discretionality of the tribunals. Particulary, the hanging is sure (except in case of an improbable president's clemency) if someone is found with 15 grams of heroine, 30 grams of morphine or cocaine, or 500 grams of cannabis.
