BELGIUM

Death penalty for civil crimes is abolished and can't be reintroduced.

FINLAND
Section 6, paragraph 6
Nobody must be sentenced to death, tortured or treated in a degrading.

ITALY

Punishments can't consist in inhumane treatments and must be for the reintegration of the prisoner.
Death penalty isn't admitted.

The human life is inviolable.
Death penalty isn't applied in any case.

SPAIN
Article 10, paragraph 2
The laws relative to human rights and freedoms which are recognized by the Constitution must be interpreted in conformity to with the Universal declaration of human rights and with the international treaties and the concordances about this subject subscribed by Spain.

SWEDEN
