Software Tools, Utilities, and Processing:

Processing and Display:  Most of the page construction was implemented with two machines: one operating Win95 on a Cyrix 686 chip, and the other operating Win95 on a Pentium I chip.  Both computers utilized 17 inch displays--but care was taken in designing the page such that users with monitors smaller than a 17 inch would still see the page unhindered by the horizontal scrolling hassel.  An Optic Pro scanner was used for all scanning.
