Once in awhile a group of people join together to create a marvelous wonder in which generation after generation stand in awe of. Our page is dedicated to the master builders of the world who use technology and science to bring to "life" a vision that now is a treasure to behold.

So now take a trip with us on a journey to visit the Seven Wonders of the World. Japan opens the world's longest suspension bridge Connecting Awa Island to the city of Kobe. The $7.7 billion project has a center span or distance between towers of 1.2miles. Towers are higher than a 90-story building and bridge is able to withstand earthquakes.

Getting from one point to another doesn't seem that difficult but when obstacles like mountains, deep water, extreme distances, and travel speed constraints are added into the equation, engineers and designers need to be creative. Going up anyone? The skies the limit. Architects and engineers realized the unlimited potential of mastering height by creating marvels that changed the skyline forever.
