Sometimes in life, things happen. For most of us, it usually takes something pretty bad to put our lives back into perspective. Take this, for example...
Sure, to most of us this looks just like any other car accident... But to me, it's more than that. Why? My mother was the driver of the van mentioned in the article. The "van" was actually a Ford Explorer, as seen in the photo. Fortunately, my mother survived, but she was injured and still can not walk normally. This happened almost two years ago, just before Christmas. The point I am getting at here, is that this incident really put things into perspective for my family and I. It could've been a lot worse.
