Living: Tyrannosaurs have probably lived in pairs, hunting the weakest vegetarian dinosaurs like the Parasaurolophus.
Some scientists claim, that the tyrannosaurus could run up to 30 km/h (20 miles/h), and others say, that this dinosaur was a carcass-eater. But its teeth have been worn off, which indicate that the dinosaur had to chew through rough meat, and not rotten, like on carcasses. The paleontologists wondered why the Tyrannosaurus had so small two-fingered front legs. Even though they were with sharp claws, it was impossible for the dinosaur to kill with those. Maybe they have been used to lift up the dinosaur from lying to standing position.
Teeth: The great teeth could be up to 18 cm. (7 inches) with small spikes on the sides. The spikes helped to hold on to its prayer and when an old tooth fell out, one of the other moved up on the empty spot and another tooth could grow up back in the mouth.
So the front of the mouth on a Tyrannosaurus was always full of teeth.
Front legs: The front legs were not found until 1988 in Montana, USA. In despite of the range of the front legs, almost as long as a human arm, they were very strong, and could easily lift a man – in each arm.
