Situated at the north of South Africa bordering Botswana. It is a completely landlocked province. It is almost exclusively Savannah(bushveld). It offers excellent hunting and game-farming. Its biggest tourist attractions are the Pilanesberg National Park, Sun City and The Lost City. It is the most important producer of food in South Africa. Maize, sunflower and ground-nuts are the biggest crops. It also has some of the largest cattle herds in the world. Spices and tobacco are also farmed here. It has the largest platinum production in the world.
