If you were to take the largest worldwide organization, put aside all prejudices, dedicate months of preparation in attempting to solve the world's biggest problems, you would establish the foundation of the Model United Nations.

The Model United Nations is a simulation of the United Nations system, where students assume the role of diplomats of different countries around the world to the United Nations. Resolutions are written, debated, and passed by student delegates during the MUN conference.

This time more than 52 years ago, various countries around the world came together to form the United Nations. This global organization was established on universal hope for peace, dignity, and progress. In many ways, the United Nations has lived up to its promise, but the process has certainly not been easy going. The Model United Nations takes the same ideas and attempts to solve many of the world's problems.
