Water pollution

The dumping of untreated waste from factories, ships and sewers cause fishes to die. Organic pollutants such as sewage and nitrogeous fertilizers encourages the growth of phytoplankton, known as red tides. Oils spills not only kills the fishes but affects the birds that lives near the sea.  When their feathers are clocked by the oil, these birds do not get insulated through the night and thus freezes to death. They too die choking on plastic bags that were thrown into the sea.  If the amount of water pollution increases,  the ocean will not be a pleasant place in the future.
