Denali National Park & Preserve

Denali national park is home to the largest and highest mountain in North America. Denali is the Athabascan name for Mt. McKinley, meaning the "high one" The park offers a 91 mile road were the various lakes and sites can be eisily spotted around the area. Denali park is home to some of the greatest wildlife throughtout Alaska. There are guided tours taking vistors into the wilderness of the park to observe caribou, wolves, moose, grizzly bears, Dall sheep, foxes, and other small animals. In the summer, many various birds can be seen in the park. In the southeast part of the park a great view of Mt. McKinley and the Alaska Range can be made. Denali national park is truly one of the most visited places in all of Alaska because of its severe beauty and awesome sites.
