The Units Digit of Powers of a Number

Part 1. Find the units digits for powers of 2 from 2⁰ to 2¹⁰. Do you notice any pattern? Try to see if there are similar patterns when you do the same for the powers of other numbers.

Part 2. Find the units digits for powers of 12 and compare those to the units digits of powers of 2.

Part 3. Using the results of parts 1 and 2, figure out the units digit of 2002²⁰⁰³.
