Chancroid

 

1.Symptoms

This picture shows what chancroid looks like. Sometimes, there are swollen glands that are sore near the chancroid area, and the chancroid's are painful and tender. Another symptom is painful ulcers onf genitals, 3-20 mm in diameter. These symptoms appear 1-8 days after transmission, and more often in men than women.

 

2. medications

Chancroid is curable with antibiotics such as tetracyclines.
