· If amphibians originated from fossil fishes, then they should not be found in the same stratums with fishes. Amphibians are found higher than their fishy ancestry.

· We think that chimpanzees and gorillas are more close related with each other than with rabbits (it means that chimpanzees and gorillas ancestor lived relatively not long ago). One of the ways, to find out if this is true, might be checking the sequences of amino acids in their hemoglobin. Sequences of amino acids in gorilla’s and chimpanzee’s blood are similar, and they differ from rabbit’s more then between each other.

Unless this sort of statements were true, the theory would be wrong. Till now all discoveries confirm evolution.
