Want to have some fun? Then you've came to the right place!

Watch your own evolutionary path! Choose one of the two games: "Mute It"(1) or "Blind Watchmaker"(1) and be the N.S. fellow.
On the top there is the parent. Under him you will see four children. Choosing one of them to survive you control the direction of evolution.
"Mute It " and "Blind Watchmaker" (1)as implied by the title are based on the idea from Richard Dawkins book "The Blind Watchmaker".

Try our Quiz! Test your knowledge of biological definitions.

We've told you that microevolution can be studied in nature and under laboratory conditions. That's true! But not only.
We give you a unique possibility to do it on your own computer. Use our Applets and while observing the computer's populations learn more about some mechanisms of evolution.

To make observations more comfortable applets open in a separate window. This allows you to watch the evolution of the really big populations. After opening, the applet can run as background (even when you stop using Internet) and you can check the state of population after different periods of time.

"Lethal allele" le le la la la... ;-)
This applet shows evolution of population of diploidal organisms with two alleles: A and B. Allele B in homozygous is lethal and individuals with the genotype (BB) do not survive until reproduction stage. See what happenes in such situation.

"Haploidals"
In this applet there is a population of haploidal organisms with two alleles B (blue) and y (yellow). You can observe changes of alleles frequency in time.
