The World War 1 which 32 countries participate in was a war using high-technology arms such as submarine,aircraft,carrier,poison gas,mcine gun. And many lives were sacrificed in the war,showing the dark side of energy and technology.
The World War 2 is a very important in considering the peaceful utilizataion of energy,because nuclear arms were used for the first time in the war. It shows that energy and technology can destroy the civilization,if they are used in wrong way.
