I doubt wether Judas Iskariot was really a traitor. Traitors do not generally commit suicide.
If someone commits suicide it is generally beacause he or she failed.
The Gospel clearly indicates that Jesus knew exactly what Judas was doing, and that he told him "To do, what must be done".
I suspect Jesus wanted to set up a meeting with the Saducees, and was betrayed by them (that is by the temple priests, not by Judas).
So I am not sure everone betrays someone.
It might just be that someone never did.
