Every year about 500 million chickens are born in incubators. That's the motorway from Paris to Amsterdam, 4 lanes filled chickens. The cockerels won't live very long, after a wile they will be gassed, drowned or grinned. For the hens it's even worse, they have to wait their whole life before they are ‘saved’. They will be fattened or have to live in a battery. Every chicken has about one piece of paper of space. But not only chickens. Pigs, cows and fur animals are in about the same situation. They don't have enough space and they never see daylight, expect when they are sent to the slaughter. They have enough to eat and to drink, but it's no fun to live your whole live in a little, dark space. The same counts for the hours or days when they go to the slaughter, in a truck. These animals can not live their natural life. There are a lot of reasons to be against Bio-industry, here are the five most common reasons:  

1 Ethics and animal welfare  
Freedom is a right for human and animal. This right will be harmed when you restrain animals in their natural behaviour.  

2 Public health  
Because of excessive use of antibiotics in the Bio-industry there will maybe in future be a bacterium which will be inert against our medicines.  

3 World food supply  
Land in developing countries is used for our Bio-industry instead of there own needs. So their economy will be disturbed.  

4 Living pleasure  
Stinking and noise embitter the living pleasure of the  neighbourhood.  

5 Nature and Species  
Big farms drive away little ones.  By monocultures, (special grasses and maize's) spreading out dung and over-manuring the nature and breeding changes.
