Microsoft Windows 3.1 tool which displays the current phase of the Moon in an icon and other information when opened. Source code (developed with Quick C for Windows 1.0) is included in the self-extracting archive moontsrc.exe. Directory consists of a PKZIP archive named moontarc.zip which decompresses to the executable moontool.exe and the source archive moontsrc.exe.
