Ask Dr. Math - Students and teachers can use this part of The Math Forum as a math question/answer service. Math Goodies - A site featuring interactive lessons, homework help, chat boards, puzzles, calculators, and much more. Mathematics @ about.com - A useful collection of resources and links. Sumfun - A huge collection of great math links. Math Pages - On this site, you can browse a large collection of math-related information. Getsmarter.org - A free, exciting and interactive website where students, parents and teachers can compare their math and science achievement against students worldwide. Purplemath - Your algebra resource. Calculus-Help.com - Searchable Calculus help, Problem of the Week, and more. Mathematics Information Servers - On this site, you will find a large database of math-related sites and servers. Professor Freedman's Math Help - A very useful site providing links for students and teachers to information about learning styles, study skills tips, and ways to reduce math anxiety. Problem of the Week - Each week, Virtu Software posts a problem of the week for high school students. There's also a problem of the week archive and Articles for Math Educators. Interactive Mathematics Online - This site will show you how to make stereograms and teach you about chaos. Mathematics with A.L.I.C.E. - This is a site with a very unique approach to teaching math. Calc101.com - This handy site will provide you with step-by-step derivatives and integrals, with each step explained. It also does long multiplication and division of polynomials. (Note that there is a small fee for integrals).
