Graphically:
1) Choose three points A,B &C on the perimeter of the circle
2) Draw chords AB and BC
3) Draw perpendicular bisectors of AB and BC
4) If these bisectors intersect at point O - O is the center of the circle.
5)Measure OA to get the radius of circle.
